Sutter Care at Home/Hospice of The Valley partners with Primavera Gardens for end-of-life care of their residents. The quality of care provided to each resident at this community, is the care that everyone should want for their loved one. We do not hesitate recommending Primavera Gardens to those looking for a residential care facility. In the last two years, I have interacted regularly with, and see Micheal (Administrator), Lisa (Care Director) and all other staff members, interact with their residents with professionalism and compassion. Nothing warms me more than residents receiving hugs from any one of them. I can tell that this is a typical activity by observing residents often reaching out as well. Not only can you see the family atmosphere between staff and residents, but amongst the residents. I see the affection that they demonstrate to each other whether a simple conversation or lending a hand when needed. All individuals, regardless of physical or cognition, are included with respect and dignity. If you are helping a family member or a friend on the next step of their life's journey, or wanting to work or volunteer to contribute to the quality of life of our aging seniors, reach out to Primavera Gardens.

Our Mom was a resident of Primavera Gardens for three years. The staff was so wonderful to her everyday that she was there. Lisa is a phenomenal manager, and she makes sure everything is done correctly and that the residents are happy and well taken care of. The staff was always so good to Mom. They made sure she was bathed, fed and looked after as if she were their grandmother. The facility is clean, Adrian does a great job preparing the food and making sure everybody is happy at mealtimes. The outdoor area is a pleasant place to visit and enjoy the sunshine. Mike has really done a nice job on the outside of the building with new doors, paint and nice landscaping. We would recommend Primavera Gardens to anyone looking for a clean, safe and friendly facility for their loved ones.

We are so thrilled with the care our loved one receives at Primavera Gardens. The staff is super friendly and the director goes above and beyond every day to do all she can for the residents. She has been an incredible advocate for our grandmother and helped us navigate getting her the care she needs. She also does fun activities, decorates, and creates moments to bring the residents joy. The whole staff brings their hearts to the job and treats the residents with love and care. Finding quality assisted living can be really challenging, and we are so glad to have found them! We would certainly recommend them to others looking for care for a loved one.

I work for a transport company and this is one of the very few facilities that is extremely clean with amazing staff. Every patient I’ve transferred is always very well taken care of. By far the best facility I’ve gone to. 10/10 🙌🏾

This place was a blessing for my mother who was in her 90s. Everyone is so attentive and loving. A homey, family feeling. All the residents are super nice and staff is exceptional! I only wish we had found Primavera Gardens sooner! I highly recommend this place!

I just wanted to express how satisfied I am with Primavera gardens in Morgan Hill. The management and staff in this facility is five stars in my book. The staff is very friendly and treats and with top-notch care. The cleanliness of this facility is extremely sanitary compared to some of the other facilities that I visited. I just wanted to reach out and let the public know that I would rate this facility number one in Santa Clara county. My mother is extremely happy loves the staff and love and loves the food. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this facility. A special thanks to Mike, Lisa, Rachel, Ley and Anna for making my mother comfortable and happy. What can I say about Primavera Gardens? Nothing but the BEST! From the moment I entered the building and encountered the staff, I knew it would instantly feel like home to my mom. Every one of the staff was welcoming, warm, friendly, and helpful. This facility is small and intimate and newly remodeled with spacious rooms and beautiful bathrooms. It was the only facility we toured that included all the extras, except hygiene supplies, in the monthly price. My mom required lots of extra care due to her health and Primavera Gardens went above and beyond what was required to care for her. They spent so much quality time visiting with her and loving on her that she didn’t want to return home! She truly loved it there. I can’t thank them enough for making her last days on this earth plant ones.

We placed our mother in Primavera Gardens after she had a stroke that left her partially paralyzed. We spent some time looking for an affordable and friendly facility that was close to home. When we discovered Primavera Gardens we felt that a gift had been handed to us. The facility is just the right size for all residents to get one-on-one care 24 hours a day. The residents are happy and well cared for. Our mother was very happy there because she had energetic and happy caregivers who always took the time to interact with her and make her smile. We appreciated how caring and helpful the administrators were in helping us navigate this emotional journey. We cannot express how grateful we are to all of the staff for taking care of her in her last days; our family was able to relax knowing that someone was always there for her.

My mother in law has been at Primavera Gardens for 4 months now and we are so happy that we found this facility. She was declining rapidly in a rehab facility and had to scramble to find a place that could take her and that would provide the full level of care that she required. Claudia worked with us to get Patti moved there ASAP and made sure all of the correct paperwork was in place, even though we were moving her Christmas week. When she first got there she was confused, scared, immobile and uncomfortable. After a few weeks she was up walking around, visiting with the other residents, regaining her abilities to care for herself and was happy and comfortable. The staff is exceptional. She is clean and healthy looking and loves the staff and they in turn let her know how much they care for her. She enjoys “living with her friends” and feels very safe and happy. For us, it is very important that Primavera is all inclusive, there are no surprise charges. She is fed, bathed, given her medication, her hygiene is taken care of, laundry is done… all included in her rental cost. We are so happy that we found Primavera!

I am very happy with Primavera Gardens and the staff is great. They take great care of my mom and interact with her and try to keep her engaged when possible. They keep me posted of any needs or changes she might have. The home is very clean and neat and she is fed very well. I would highly recommend Primavera Gardens. Carol Link

After my mom had mysteriously fractured her hip at a different facility, spending a week in the hospital and an additional six weeks in a skilled nursing facility. My siblings and I did not want my mom going back to where she was previously. I was given contact information for Primavera Gardens by the social worker @ the skilled nursing facility the first week my mom was there. I called Claudia that Friday, visited on Saturday and was very impressed w/ what I saw. When I spoke to my sister the next day, she could tell that I liked what I had seen when I was describing it (Her mother-in-law had been in a smaller facility and thrived there). Approximately five weeks later, my mom was discharged from skilled nursing, where she hardly ever got out of bed, did hardly any physical therapy, and lost approximately 9 pounds (she didn't like the food). Within a couple of hours of dropping her off, after my mom took a nap in her room, I received a phone call and was surprised to hear that she was up walking up and down the hall without the aid of a walker or wheelchair w/ help nearby in case it was needed. All I can say is wow, what a first day. It has now been two months since my mom became a resident, and she continues to make strides, taking her meds regularly, bathing on a regular basis, eating (she's gaining back some of what she lost) and walking. The owner's, Claudia and caregivers are all great people, and update you w/ calls, pictures and texts. I would definitely recommend Primavera Gardens. .

My sister has been a resident since May 9, 2019. She is happy there. She says , “They look after each individual with their care and safety in mind.”

The staff is wonderful. They take such good care of my father-in-law. They keep us well informed of all of his mishaps.Best of all they make him smile. At his age comfort and love is everything.

Primavera Gardens is markedly different compared to corporately-owned assisted care facilities. The level of care given to my mom there has brought me peace of mind. After spending two weeks in the hospital and a month at a rehabilitation center, my mom's assisted living facility representatives would not let her return without a 24/7 sitter. Since I didn't have the financial means to pay for that additional care, I reached out to friends who had experience with the local senior living communities in the South County area. Primavera Gardens was top of their list, and I'm so grateful for their recommendation. The day I called Primavera Gardens to inquire about moving my mom there, the manager went to meet her and by day's end, she was moved to her new home. The level of care provided there is so much better than the other two corporately-owned facilities where she previously lived. The caregivers take time to get to know each resident and genuinely care for them. Their primary focus is ensuring my mom's safety and well being. They are very kind and respectful, and treat their residents -- and each other -- with care and support. The owners are local residents and are frequently onsite making improvements to the facility, always asking for feedback. It's a totally different - and much appreciated difference - compared to the corporate facilities my mom previously lived in where responses to my questions were slow in coming or never replied to at all. This is a very different community striving to provide the best care possible. I highly recommend Primavera Gardens.
